The $371 billion healthcare giant UHG included a new “responsible AI” policy in its 2022 sustainability report. The AI policy, while just a simple one-pager, includes details on governance, an internal ML Review Board, and outlined key components, and referenced an internal “Responsible Use of AI” program that was established with an external advisory board.
