“Figure out a way of getting started that doesn’t involve asking anybody for anything,” says Rick Rundell, Technology & Innovation Strategist at Autodesk and one of the key players behind the Autodesk BUILD Space in Boston. “It’s very hard to quantify what the outcome of an innovation initiative is going to be. In fairness, it’s also very hard to get people to put resources towards it. Start small, and find some like-minded people in the organization who will work with you.”
