How AI is Driving

Competitive Advantage

Artificial intelligence is a central topic for discussion and experimentation at many companies. But some are making more decisive moves, building capabilities around AI in a way that may create an important new kind of competitive advantage.

We wanted to explore that dynamic as part of this collaboration between InnoLead and EPAM Continuum, the integrated business, experience, and technology consulting network.

To do so, we defined “use of AI” broadly, to include new forms of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, as well as the creation of new machine learning algorithms, and collaboration with startups offering AI solutions.

For this series, we’re presenting original interviews with well-known companies that are leveraging AI to better serve customers, evolve their offerings, and differentiate their offerings. We’re also presenting advice and perspective from our partners at EPAM Continuum, which recently published the e-book, “A Call to Action for Generative AI.”

(The imagery for this series was created by InnoLead designer and contributing editor Kate Priddy working with Midjourney, a generative AI tool.)

This series was sponsored by EPAM Continuum and produced by InnoLead.
