To start off the new year, we brought together 30 members of the InnoLead community for coffee and breakfast at our office in Boston to discuss their innovation agendas and goals for 2019. Among the topics we covered: ensuring that successful projects “cross the chasm” from innovation or R&D lab to a business unit; managing your CEO and CFO; how innovation priorities change during economic downturns; creating ecosystems around your company; and the plusses and minuses of creating physical spaces for innovation and collaboration activity. Thanks to everyone who participated!
