To coincide with the release of our Benchmarking Innovation Impact 2020 report, sponsored by KPMG LLP, we brought together a group of innovation professionals in Boston to discuss some of the report’s findings. The event was hosted by the MIT Industrial Liaison Program.
The roundtable opened with a discussion of what it takes to effectively scale innovations — whether internally to employees or externally to the market. Participants also broke up into smaller groups to discuss issues of interest, including collaborating with the right internal parties; measuring return on investment; staffing innovation teams; and different pathways for taking new products to market. For information about our next roundtables, please see our event calendar.
