Join Us for the Most Practical Corporate Summit on Innovation, AI, Emerging Tech, and Transformation
Oct. 20-22, 2025
Haven’t been to Impact before? Past participants call it the world’s most practical event for anyone working in strategy, innovation, transformation, R&D, and emerging tech inside a large organization. Tickets to this event are limited to people currently holding roles in large private or public companies; nonprofits and NGOs; and government agencies.
Prior editions of Impact have featured senior leaders from Alphabet/Google, Disney/Lucasfilm, NASA, Fidelity Investments, Bose, PepsiCo, General Mills, General Motors, 3M, Ralph Lauren, and more.
2024 Session Leaders
For our most recent Impact gathering, we recruited an extraordinary group of Innovation, Transformation, Digital and Emerging Technology executives from all sectors to share their experiences, and to lead interactive conversations with participants. PowerPoints are banned at Impact, so our unconference format is a great forum for safe, off-the-record sharing of your own experiences, challenges and learnings.
Conference Themes
We’re organizing our 2025 conference into themes, so that attendees can go in-depth on these topics, level up their understanding, and bring tangible value and practices back to their organizations. Attendees will also be able to bring their own issues to the fore by proposing discussion topics (using only a Post-It Note!) that they want to convene peers around. Key themes include:
AI + GenAI — With a focus on creating true business value.
Collaboration — Constructive partnerships with business units and functions.
Growth — Including sustainable and successful venture building and corporate venture capital.
Digital Transformation — Maintaining and building your advantage in a digital world.
Your Ecosystem — Open innovation, startup engagement, university partnerships and more.
ROI — Optimizing the innovation team, selecting KPIs, measuring performance, communicating impact, and more.
Testimonials
Anyone who has attended an InnoLead event will tell you it’s special. You won’t encounter the usual canned PowerPoint presentations, droning speakers, or trade show floors at our events. Instead, for the last decade we have created useful and in-depth experiences; built safe, off-the-record forums for sharing; and brought you inside the most innovative spaces in the world.

What Will You Get Out of Impact?
Core innovation best practices: Learn from other corporates what is working
Emerging technologies and new experiments: Get a glimpse of how corporates and startups are prototyping the future
Professional development: Build new skills that will help you advance your career
One-to-one meetings with other participants and Impact sponsors: Get input and advice on your biggest agenda items.
Meet peers in advance: We’re hosting two Zoom “schmoozes” in early October to give you a chance to get to know others before you arrive in Boston — and talk about what expertise you can “give” to others at Impact, as well as what you intend to “get” from the event.
Here’s our shareable PDF to justify the value you and your team will get from Impact 2024. We also have a downloadable Word doc that you can use if you need to request permission from your boss.

We’ll kick off the event on the afternoon of October 25th with some optional off-site activities and visits around Boston, and workshops at the conference hotel.
Make Impact Your Team’s Fall Off-Site
Many teams come to Impact together, to be able to attend different sessions of interest, compare notes, and hold their own debriefs or planning sessions during and after the event. While there is plenty of indoor and outdoor meeting space at the Hyatt for informal small group gatherings, we also have reservable conference rooms on October 24th and 25th that can be booked by the hour. These are available free to any group that comes to Impact with five or more team members. Please contact Scott Cohen for details on group pricing.
