As part of our Fourth Industrial Revolution series, we spoke with a variety of corporate leaders, who shared their best advice for implementing new technologies without getting lost in the hype cycles or missing the mark.
They suggested a variety of different methods, like A/B testing, finding opportunities, not rushing into the process and more. Ultimately, many of the new technologies companies implement need to solve a pain point for consumers or associates of the company.
“It’s not always just taking things into the whole new environment, but it’s also bringing elements of the new into the existing environment,” said Bob Czechowicz, Senior Director of Innovation & Partnerships at GS1 US.
