In our recent webcast, Marianna Canino, Director of Customer Success (EMEA) at Wazoku, discussed the most important steps to achieving success for innovators in large companies. Alex Slawsby, InnoLead’s Chief Growth Officer, moderated the discussion.
Canino shared that involving a diverse group of thinkers in an initiative can help bolster the effort; sometimes, she said, real progress requires an extra set of eyes and ears.
“Often, the solutions you are looking for are coming from someone that can look at the problem with a different lens, with a different perspectives from someone that has been looking at the same problem over and over again, and therefore provide you with new insights to the problem,” Canino explained.
Throughout the webcast, Canino gave advice on using challenge-driven innovation as a repeatable process, shared her insights on setting clear goals and objectives for measurement and metrics, and took questions from the audience on best practices for innovation.
